Matt and His Guitar -- Day 51

This guy loves his guitar. He did a concert for us that was quite entertaining. He can't play any notes, his guitar is out of tune, and you can't understand him when he sings, but he does it all with his whole heart. One day, with a little more practice, he'll be singing and playing up a storm. :)

Sibling Trio -- Day 276

Tonight we headed out to see our friends, The MacDonalds, in concert. For the last two years they were in our area for several days and they stayed with us, but this year they were only in the area for one concert before they continued on their way. We were so glad we were able to see them even for just a few hours. :) I love how this photo turned out. I zoomed out as I took the photo. I don't remember if I did it on purpose or not, but I like the effect it had on the photo. :)
Here Peter, Carol, and Vincent are singing "The Touch of the Master's Hand."

Amber's New Guitar -- Day 206

Amber won this guitar in a raffle at the benefit we went to on Sunday. She was shocked and excited when she won. She's been wanting to learn guitar and practicing on our sister's guitar, but now she has a guitar of her own. :)

New Guitar -- Day 13

My younger sister, Hannah, won a new guitar in a Worship Song Contest. She is still a beginner at guitar, but she taught herself the piano, so she could be a professional guitarist before too long. :) She already looks like she's got it down.
