Today I revisited the red maple down the road (We used to have two of these in our yard, but they got taken out by the electric company the summer before last). Yesterday the sky was overcast so I didn't get any good shots of the tree, which is the reason I went back today. The sun was perfect and I got lots of good shots. I took some more close-ups of the leaves that I wanted to post, but I chose this one since I posted a leaf yesterday.

*sigh* Doesn't that make you want to relax in the grass under the tree and day dream? (If there was enough grass.:))
