Abandoned on the Trail -- Day 43

Just after leaving for the return trip, we stopped to photograph this old covered wagon in a field along the highway. My older sister had told me about it. Next time I go south for a visit, I'm going to stop here again. I want to see it with green grass all around and take my tripod so I can make it into an HDR.

Photo details: Canon EOS Digital Rebel, Exposure time 1/320 sec, Aperture f/5.6, ISO 100, Focal Length 168.0 mm, Taken in RAW, Processed with Digital Photo Professional and Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

I wonder who used to ride in that. What happened to them? What sort of adventures did they have? How far did this old wagon travel and why is it sitting where it is? I guess a writer just has lots of questions. Hmm, that might make a good story. . .

Those were some of the thoughts I was thinking, too. :) You should definitely write a story!

Okay, since we both think I should write a story about this wagon, I guess you should put it in March.:)
